As part of our commitment to the safety of everyone attending Ballantyne Ball on Saturday, February 12, 2022, we are requiring requesting ticket holders to:
One of the following will be required for entry: proof of vaccination, negative COVID-19 test, proof of positive Covid-19 test in the past 90 days and are no longer in isolation period.
All guests attending the Ballantyne Ball at The Ballantyne Hotel are required to show proof of vaccination, a negative Covid-19 test or proof of positive Covid-19 test within the past 90 days and are no longer in isolation period. Documentation may be printed or digital. To encourage efficient entry into the Ball, we highly encourage documentation to be uploaded to our website prior to attending the event by filling out the form below.
Fully vaccinated is defined as at least 14 days after the second of a two-dose of an FDA or World Health Organization (“WHO”) authorized COVID-19 vaccine, or 14 days after a single dose COVID-19 vaccine of an FDA or WHO authorized COVID-19 vaccine.
Those unable to be vaccinated may document a negative test result with a COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours, or a negative result Rapid Antigen test taken within 24 hours. Tests must state the date and time of the test, type of test and negative result and match the name of the attending individual.
